Dining at Kandooma intends to be every bit as refreshing as in the rest of the resort. As with the accommodation, all the outlets have been designed to invite the outdoors inside. High ceilings, sky lights, wide doorways in rare walls mean that you are never more than a head turn away from aquamarine vistas.

Because of this the array of dining options has been designed to offer a wide choice between simplicity and sophistication and to suite different budget priorities. The cuisine is probably best described as Med-Asian incorporating the best traditions of the Mediterranean rim with the spices and flavours of Asia.

Kandooma Lounge
The first port of call when you arrive sipping on a refreshing welcome drink (we’ll tell you what’s in it after you say mmm! That’s nice!) designed especially for Kandooma. The lounge is right next to the internet lounge, It is also where an afternoon tea or anytime wine can be sipped.

Kandooma Café
All day dining in this open café will provide breakfast and dinner from an array of chefs’ cooking stations providing a variety of regional dishes as well as some classic favourites.

Bokurra Coffee club
Serving fresh fruit and vegetable juices, home-made ice cream, boutique teas and coffees from early to way past “Shouldn’t you be going to bed now!”

Take-out and Delivery
No overpriced room service at Kandooma. Every villa has a takeout and delivery menu. Place your order with the coffee club and collect it a short time later. Can’t be bothered to walk down? Okay, we can deliver for a very reasonable one off price! See?.....choice! By simplifying things in this Ikea kind of way we are able to keep our prices low. That’s why!

Light lunches, salads, wood-fired pizzas and cook your own BBQ.

The Kitchen
Dining on the deck over the lapping waves or as we have brought the kitchen into the restaurant you can chat to the chefs while they prepare your meal. Being able to pick up discount wines from the wine room and take them to your room or bring them to the restaurant with an added corkage charge means that you always have a choice in the level of dining you want.

Villa Barbeques
Delivered to you from the coffee club. Instead of a velvet canopy and hovering waiters in white gloves we will offer you a canopy of stars and the privacy to enjoy it while you turn the sausages and steaks with your own tongs.
